Order Processing/Handling Time Prior to Shipping


Upon placing an order, there is a standard 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) processing (handling) time. Orders are then shipped using the chosen shipping method at checkout. 


Note: Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Processing and shipping times may experience delays during holidays, sales, and new releases due to the volume of orders received. Orders are processed on a first-in, first-out basis, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.


Note: Custom requests (weight/grip size) will extend the order processing (handling) time by an additional 3-5 business days.

Free Shipping:


Available within the US.


Expected delivery in 5-7 business days after the standard Processing/Handling Time.


Standard Ground:


Expected delivery in 1 – 5 business days.


Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 3 – 5 days.

Priority Mail:


Expected delivery in 2 - 3 days after the standard Processing/Handling Time.


Priority Mail delivers on Saturdays.


Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 3 days.


What is the "Oversized Shipping" Charge?


All carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) charge a premium called Dimensional Weight Pricing for boxes over specific dimensions and/or weight. This surcharge:


Is known only at the time of creating the shipping label.

Typically occurs when ordering nets, large quantities of balls and/or paddles, and large backpacks.

Customers are responsible for the additional surcharge and will be contacted before shipping, even when FREE SHIPPING is chosen.
